SAYAA Spring Season Updates – Please Read

Dear SAYAA Baseball & Softball Families,


We’re excited to share a few important updates as we get closer to the start of the spring season:


πŸ“… Schedules

Baseball and softball schedules are currently being finalized as this email is being sent. We expect to have them released to all families sometime next week.


πŸ‘• Uniforms

All uniforms for players who met the March 10th deadline have been ordered and are expected to arrive before Opening Day.

The uniform pick-up date is still TBD, and we will share details as soon as it is confirmed.


πŸ“Œ What You Need for Uniform Pick-Up

Please be prepared with the following items at pick-up:


Work Bond Check – $175.00


Made payable to SAYAA


Post-dated for June 11, 2026


Raffle Ticket Payment – $50.00 (Cash or Check)


This covers your 10 raffle tickets up front


As you sell them, you keep the money and simply return the ticket stubs by the deadline


🚨 IMPORTANT:

NO uniforms will be distributed without BOTH the work bond check and raffle ticket payment β€” NO EXCEPTIONS.


πŸŽ‰ Opening Day

Opening Day is scheduled for April 11th, featuring our parade and opening ceremonies. More details will be shared soon.


πŸ“Έ Team & Player Photos

Photos are tentatively scheduled for April 8th & 9th at the Enterprise Fire House (next to the fields).

Final details will be confirmed once we receive the official uniform delivery date.
