South Amboy & SAYAA Trunk-or-Treat

The City of South Amboy and the South Amboy Youth Athletic Association (SAYAA) hosted their annual Trunk-or-Treat event today at the Allie Clark Sports Complex — and it was a spooktacular success!
Families from across the community came together to celebrate Halloween in a safe, family-friendly atmosphere filled with creative costumes, decorated trunks, and plenty of candy. From superheroes and princesses to ghosts and goblins, the complex was packed with smiling faces and Halloween spirit.
Children went from car to car collecting treats, showing off their costumes, and enjoying a fun afternoon of laughter, music, and community togetherness. Parents joined in the excitement, decorating vehicles with elaborate Halloween themes and sharing in the joy of seeing so many families come together for the event.
City officials and SAYAA volunteers worked hand-in-hand to make sure the event ran smoothly, ensuring everyone had a safe and enjoyable experience. The event highlighted the strong community partnership between South Amboy and SAYAA, bringing residents together for an afternoon full of tricks, treats, and tons of fun!
